The inquiries involved various allegations about cellular carriers and what they were doing with donations given via text. “Gamers for Lag” Weighs In On Net Neutrality

The gaming community should be distressed at the ECA selling them out. If ECA is going to continue to argue for policies that harm gamers, perhaps they should change their name to “Gamers for Lag” and be upfront about the impact of their position.

Free Press Position on TV Everywhere is Anti-Commerce

Content creators want to protect the model that gives them the most certainty. To argue that they would simply make their content available through a model that didn’t do that is simply laughable. Trying to force them to do so by foolishly invoking the heavy hand of government in business negotiations.
