In November of 2009, video views online exceeded 31 billion.  As TDG describes it, this “New Territory” is bringing everyone in the content delivery ecosystem to the table.  The question at this point will be what model proves successful in profiting from online video.

The paper looks into when Internet video will become more important and more watched than traditional television video delivery.  Additionally it looks at various delivery models including:

  1. Revenue Model
  2. Split Model
  3. OTT Model
  4. TV-Style Model
  5. Al La Carte Model

Additionally, the paper examines two broadcasters, The Outdoor Channel and USA Network that are taking a hard look at Internet delivery for the future of their networks.
