		<description>I&#039;m hearing that we won&#039;t see a cyber bill before the end of this year. It&#039;ll probably happen by the end of the 111th Congress, but there are is still a lot of work to do. I&#039;m also hearing that it won&#039;t be the Rockefeller/Snowe bill...it&#039;ll be the Lieberman/Collins bill. We&#039;re working with all staffs on this initiative.</description>
